  • Print-on-Demand Process: Each item is manufactured specifically for you upon the receipt of your order. Because items are custom-printed, there may be slight variations in product appearance as described by our fulfillment partners.

  • Availability: Product availability is subject to change without notice. In the event that a print-on-demand item becomes unavailable due to supply chain issues, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.

  • Shipping: Orders are fulfilled by our partner, Lulu. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or the manufacturing process.

3. Returns and Refunds Policy

Because our products are print-on-demand items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for physical products due to customer preference, change of mind, or errors in the content that were approved by the creator during the design process (including typos or grammatical errors).

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives physically damaged, please contact us at Info@scripturequest.life within 7 days of delivery. You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage. At our sole discretion, we may arrange for a replacement copy to be shipped to you.
