Shipping policy

At ScriptureQuest, we are committed to getting your orders to you as efficiently as possible. Because our books are printed on-demand through our partner, Lulu, please review the following information regarding production and delivery.

1. Order Processing & Production

  • Print-on-Demand: Each book is printed specifically for your order.

  • Production Time: Our normal production time is 3–5 business days. Please note that this is the time required to print and bind your book before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • Holiday/High-Demand Note: During peak seasons (such as holidays or back-to-school periods), production times may be slightly longer than the average estimate.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Estimates: Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Tracking: Once your order is packaged for delivery, you will receive a shipment notification email. If you selected a traceable shipping method, your tracking number will be included in that email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system after receiving your notification.

  • International Shipments: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are determined by local customs agencies and are not controlled by ScriptureQuest.

  • Transit Times: While most orders arrive promptly, International Mail and Priority services can occasionally take up to 28 days to complete delivery. If your order has not arrived after 21–28 days, please contact us at Info@scripturequest.life so we can investigate.

3. Important Shipping Considerations

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

  • P.O. Boxes: If shipping to a P.O. Box, you must select Mail or Priority shipping methods, as some carriers (like FedEx) cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

  • Carrier Selection: We contract with leading global shipping providers to ensure the best delivery options for your destination. Please note that we are unable to manually select specific shipping carriers for individual orders.
