Ordering & Fulfillment

How are my books produced?

Every book at ScriptureQuest is printed on-demand specifically for your order. This means that once you place an order, our printing partner manufactures your copy, ensuring you receive a fresh, high-quality product.

Why is there a production time?

Because we utilize a print-on-demand process, your book needs to be printed and bound after your order is confirmed. This typically takes 3–5 business days before the order is ready to be shipped.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders are sent to our printer immediately to ensure fast fulfillment. As a result, we are generally unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

While we strive for fast delivery, transit times vary based on the shipping method selected and your location. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Can I track my package?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification email containing your tracking number (if a traceable shipping method was selected). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

What if my order is delayed?

While most orders arrive promptly, international and standard mail can occasionally take up to 28 days. If your order has not arrived after 21–28 days, please contact us at Info@scripturequest.life for assistance.

Returns & Quality

What is your return policy?

Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selections.

What if my book arrives damaged?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your book arrives physically damaged or defective, please email us at Info@scripturequest.life within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement.

What if I find a typo or formatting error?

Our books are reviewed and approved by the creator prior to sale. We are not responsible for content-related errors (such as typos or grammatical errors) as these are part of the original design approved during the publication process.

General Information

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, but you must select Mail or Priority shipping methods at checkout, as some carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Will I be charged import duties?

For international orders, you may be responsible for local import duties and taxes as determined by your country's customs agency.
