At ScriptureQuest, we take pride in the quality of the books we offer. Because our products are manufactured on-demand by our printing partner, Lulu, each item is created specifically for you at the time of your order.
Returns Due to the nature of our print-on-demand manufacturing process, we do not accept returns for physical products based on a change of mind, incorrect selection, or dissatisfaction with the content design. All sales are final.
Damaged or Defective Items We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your book arrives physically damaged or is defective due to a manufacturing error, we are here to help.
To qualify for a replacement, please adhere to the following steps:

Contact Us: Email us at Info@scripturequest.life within 7 days of the delivery date.

Provide Evidence: Include your order number and clear photographic evidence showing the specific damage to the product.

Resolution: Once the damage is verified, we will work with our fulfillment partner to arrange for a replacement copy to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Exclusions We are not responsible for errors in the content of the books themselves, including but not limited to typos, grammatical errors, formatting issues, or design choices, as these elements are approved by the creator prior to publication.
Cancellations Because our orders are processed and sent to the printer immediately to ensure fast fulfillment, we are generally unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed. Please double-check your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
